Why Plinth Systems exists
Plinth Systems grew out of day-to-day product work with order management systems for e-commerce brands. The same pattern keeps showing up — brands that are growing fast, but whose operations haven't kept up. Smart founders, capable teams, and yet hours of their day disappearing into WhatsApp messages, manual reports, and copy-pasting between tools that should just work together.
The frustrating part isn't that the problem is hard to solve. It's that the solutions already exist. Make.com, WhatsApp Business API, n8n, OpenAI — these are not experimental technologies. They're production-ready tools that most e-commerce brands aren't using, simply because no one has connected them properly.
